Ingredients

• Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) – Helps reduce gas and bloating; gently stimulates digestion.
• Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis) – Coats and soothes the digestive tract; eases irritation and discomfort.

Taste

This tea has a soft, floral flavor from chamomile, with gentle herbal notes from lemon balm and fennel. Marshmallow root adds a smooth, slightly sweet finish.

To improve the taste, try adding a little honey or a slice of fresh ginger. A squeeze of lemon can also brighten the flavor.

How To Make This Tea

• Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of tea per 6–8 ounces of water.
• Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain and drink 1–2 cups daily, before or after meals.

For Stronger Results (Overnight Infusion)

• Place ½ cup of the tea blend into a quart-sized jar.
• Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.
• Let it steep for 8–10 hours at room temperature.
  
• Strain in the morning and sip throughout the day. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
