Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (plantedwithkatie@gmail.com) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We just ask that you send a couple pictures of the product so we might notify our mail carrier of the proposed damage.
