This tea has a mild, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor from the lemon balm and chamomile flowers. The oat straw provides a creamy undertone, while tulsi adds a hint of spice, making the blend smooth and comforting to drink regularly.

Ingredients

• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis, Folia)
• Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria recutita, Flores)
• Oat Straw (Avena sativa)
• Tulsi (Holy Basil) (Ocimum sanctum, Folia)

Preparation Method: Long Infusion

• Boil Water: Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 8 ounces of water.
• Cover and Steep: Cover the tea and let it steep for 20-30 minutes to extract the maximum amount of calming compounds and nutrients from the herbs.
• Strain and Enjoy: Strain the tea and drink 1-2 cups daily to support relaxation and mental well-being.

For Stronger Results (Overnight Infusion)

If you'd like a more potent infusion, especially for deep relaxation:

• Place 1-2 tablespoons of the tea blend into a jar.
• Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover.
• Let it steep overnight (8-10 hours) at room temperature.
• Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
