Taste

How To Make This Tea

1. Place 1 tablespoon of the blend in a jar, kettle, or tea infuser.
2. Pour 1–2 cups of hot water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 15–20 minutes.

For a More Nourishing Brew (Overnight Infusion)

Place ¼–½ cup of the blend in a 1-quart jar. Pour 4 cups of hot water over the herbs, cover, and steep 6–12 hours or overnight. Strain, refrigerate, and enjoy throughout the day. Best consumed within 48 hours.
