Apple Cider Vinegar and Vegetable Glycerin form the base, working together as natural preservatives and extractants to draw out both water- and alcohol-soluble constituents.

For Prevention: Take 5 ml (1 tsp) once daily when seasonal exposure is high or when you feel run down.

Kids (ages 2 +) take 2.5–5 ml (½–1 tsp) up to 2 times daily.
Can be taken straight or mixed into a small amount of water or juice.
Although the amount taken in one dose is as much as one would consume in a ripe banana, we understand some would like to lower this amount even further. Here is one way to do so with steam:
Measure your dose (for example, 1 teaspoon or 1 dropperful).
Add it to a small cup or mug.
Pour a few tablespoons of boiling water over it.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before drinking.
Avoid in pregnancy unless under guidance (due to clove and star anise).
Use caution with blood-thinning or blood-pressure medications.
Store in a cool, dark place. Shake before use.
