This Diabe-Tea blend has a tart, fruity flavor from hibiscus balanced with the lemony freshness of lemon balm. Ginger root adds warmth and spice, while bilberry leaf offers a grounding herbal note.
Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 6–8 ounces of water.
