This Diges-Tea blend has a sweet, apple-like flavor from chamomile, brightened with the citrusy lift of lemon balm. Fennel adds a subtle licorice note, while marshmallow root brings a soft, smooth finish that feels gentle on the stomach.
Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 8–10 ounces of water.
Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes to extract both the aromatic oils and soothing mucilage.
