How To Make This Tea

1. Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 8–10 ounces of water.
2. Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy 1–2 cups daily. For ongoing support, enjoy up to 3 cups daily.

For deeper nourishment, this blend may also be prepared as an overnight infusion.

Dosage

Ages 12+: Enjoy the adult serving of 1 tablespoon per 8–10 ounces of water.
