This tea has a mild, slightly sweet, and earthy flavor from the red raspberry leaf and nettle. The oat straw provides a creamy undertone, while the alfalfa adds a mild grassy note, making the blend smooth and enjoyable to drink regularly.

Ingredients

Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Oat Straw, Alfalfa. *All Organic

Preparation Method: Long Infusion

1. Boil water: Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 8 ounces of water.
2. Cover and steep: Cover the tea and let it steep for 20-30 minutes to extract the maximum amount of nutrients and minerals from the herbs.
3. Strain and enjoy: Strain the tea and drink 1-2 cups daily to support pregnancy health and postpartum recovery.

For Stronger Results (Overnight Infusion):

If you'd like a more potent infusion, especially for postpartum recovery:

1. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the tea blend into a jar.
2. Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover.
3. Let it steep overnight (8-10 hours) at room temperature.
4. Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
