This Nutri-Tea blend has a smooth, earthy foundation from nettle and oatstraw, balanced with the gentle floral notes of chamomile and lemon balm. Red raspberry leaf adds body, creating a refreshing yet deeply nourishing cup.
Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 8–10 ounces of water.
Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes to draw out the nutritive benefits.
Strain and enjoy 1–3 cups daily.
Ages 2–6: 1–2 teaspoons of the dried blend per 8 ounces of water, steeped the same way as for adults. Offer about ¼–½ cup at a time.
Ages 7–12: 2–3 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water. Offer about ½–1 cup at a time.
Ages 12+: They can enjoy the regular adult serving (1 tablespoon per 8–10 ounces of water).
