How To Make This Tea

1. Place 1 tablespoon of the blend in a jar or kettle.

1. Place ½–1 cup of the blend into a quart-size jar.
2. Pour 4 cups boiling water over the herbs, cover, and allow to steep 6–12 hours or overnight.
