Ingredients

• Organic Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus)
• Organic Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)
• Organic Elecampane Root (Inula helenium)
• Organic Peppermint (Mentha × piperita)
• Organic Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale)

Taste

Smooth and earthy with refreshing peppermint and a gentle warmth from ginger.

How to Prepare

• Place 1 tablespoon of the blend in a jar or kettle.
• Pour 1–2 cups freshly boiled water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 30–45 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy 1–3 cups daily as needed.

For extra support

• Adults: ½ cup 3–5 times daily
• Kids: ¼ cup 2–3 times daily

*Be sure to strain very well, as mullein contains small hairs that could irritate the throat.

• Marshmallow root may reduce the absorption of medications; take at least 2 hours apart.
