This gentle Respiratory Support Tea helps open the lungs, soothe the throat, and ease congestion during coughs, allergies, or sinus irritation.

Reach for it when your chest feels tight, your throat is dry and scratchy, or your sinuses feel heavy. The herbs work together to calm inflamed airways, loosen mucus, and make breathing easier.

Main Uses:

Soothes Dry, Irritated Throats – Marshmallow root coats mucous membranes, providing relief for dryness, coughs, and scratchiness.

• Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus) – Known for its expectorant properties; helps clear mucus and supports overall lung health by soothing irritated airways.
• Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – Provides a cooling, refreshing effect that helps open the respiratory tract and reduce congestion with its natural menthol content.
• Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis, root) – A demulcent herb that coats and soothes mucous membranes, offering relief for dry coughs and throat irritation.
• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – A natural antimicrobial and expectorant; helps clear mucus, supports lung health, and fights respiratory infections.

Net Weight: 1.5 oz (42 g)

1. Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend per 6-8 ounces of water.
2. Cover the tea and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
3. Strain the tea and drink 1-2 cups daily.

Be sure to STRAIN WELL as mullein can contain small hairs that irritate the throat. 

1. Place 1/4 cup of the tea blend into a large jar.
2. Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.
3. Let it steep overnight (4-8 hours) at room temperature.
4. Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
