Oregano (Origanum vulgare)

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)

Other Ingredients
40 proof alcohol and vegetable glycerin in a 1:4 fresh extract ratio, offering gentle extraction and natural preservation.

How To Use

Adults
Take 1 ml every 2 to 3 hours for the first 24 to 48 hours, then 1 ml 3 times daily for up to 5 to 7 days.

Kids (ages 2 to 12)
Give 0.25 to 0.5 ml every 3 to 4 hours for the first 24 hours, then 0.25 to 0.5 ml 2 to 3 times daily for 3 to 5 days.
Dilute in warm water, tea, or a little honey.

Teens
Take 0.5 to 1 ml every 3 to 4 hours the first day, then 1 ml 2 to 3 times daily for a few days.

How To Lower The Amount Of Alcohol

Add your dose to a small cup.
Pour a little boiling water over it.
Let it sit 5 to 10 minutes before drinking.
