Taste

How To Make This Tea

1. Bring water to a boil and pour it over 1 tablespoon of tea per 6–8 ounces of water.
2. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
3. Strain and drink 1–2 cups daily, before or after meals.

For Stronger Results (Overnight Infusion)

1. Place 1/4 cup of the tea blend into a quart-sized jar.
2. Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.
3. Let it steep for 8–10 hours at room temperature.
   
4. Strain in the morning and sip throughout the day. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
